Name of Artist: Hannah Argyle
Dates of Artist’s Life: Her Birthday Is unkown
Personal Background:
Hannah Argyle grew up in Roundhay England. Being english she expresses european culture, in her art. She left home when she was 18 she left to go to college. She is British and went to Reading University to study The History of Art.
Style:
Hannah Argyle's images all look similar. Her images all look clean and have very little subject matter. her images also have backgrounds of either white or gray. When asked to describe her style on the "this is jules" blog, she said, "I guess my style is fairly simple and minimal. I love colour, and I love light." Her images remind me of the surrealism period in painting.
Philosophy:
Her photography career started 7 years ago when she had her youngest son. She started on Instagram with out any ambitions or goals but eventually wanted to make money taking photos. Her photos have no deeper meaning they are there to look nice to the viewer. Her main goal is to always improve on her photography skills. Her blog is another way she posts her images and talk about her life.
Influences:
Hannah Argyle's images have shown me that images don't have to have a deeper meaning. I have also tried to use allot more shadows and contrast in my photos. I also learned color is a very good tool to use when you need a pop of color. Her images are very empty and do not have busy backgrounds, and I have been trying to replicate that.

6. Compare and Contrast: Description her images show a great deal of detail while my images are allot more organic. In my images the background isn't solid color, distracting the viewer, hers are white, or gray. My images have no deeper meaning, and neither does hers; as I have said she makes photos for Instagram. Her images are successful, and so are mine it was my job to recreate these images and I did. I like my images especially the coffee and Rose photo at the Bottom.
7. Personal Artist Statement:
The images that I took are a reflection of my life, hectic and disjointed. For example The first image is the coffee with the rose from up above.
